MIAO graduated from Zhejiang Conservatory of Music.
He won Zhejiang Conservatory of Music the first prize in the first “Best of the Best” competition in June 2017, . In November 2017, he won the Orchid Award of the 10th Sound and Dance Festival in Zhejiang Province.
He joined Guangdong Modern Dance Company in 2019. He has performed Sumeru.
